Job Summary

XLNC Exotic Group is hiring International Customer Advisors for our night-shift customer support team. The role involves assisting international clients through calls, email, or chat, providing information, and resolving customer concerns in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Resolve issues with professionalism and clarity
• Maintain documentation of customer interactions
• Follow company guidelines and meet performance targets
• Work with team leads to improve overall service quality

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Ability to work night shift hours (8:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Previous customer service or BPO experience is preferred but not required
