Customer Support Associate

Sathish Ventures is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, support sales and leasing operations, and ensure a smooth and professional experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages
• Respond to inquiries regarding property details, pricing, availability, and site visits
• Coordinate and schedule property site visits with clients and sales teams
• Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups in CRM systems
• Assist clients with documentation and basic real estate processes
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Provide daily and weekly activity reports to management

Requirements & Qualifications

• Any graduate / diploma (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in customer support, real estate, or call center roles is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
