Handling inbound customer calls for international clients
Providing world-class support with empathy and professionalism
Resolving customer issues, queries, and complaints effectively
Maintaining quality and performance standards
Updating customer interactions in internal systems
Who Were Looking For
Excellent communication skills in English
Minimum 6 months of BPO voice experience
Comfortable speaking with international clients
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused
Problem-solver with a positive attitude
Freshers (undergraduate/graduate) with BPO exposure are welcome!
