Experience:

Salary:

₹35,000 per month

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Qualification:

Any DegreeWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused

Customer Support Associate

to handle inbound and outbound voice interactions related to store sales. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi, possess excellent communication skills, and maintain a professional and presentable personality while interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through voice calls related to store sales and services
Provide accurate information about products, offers, and store availability
Assist customers in the sales process and encourage conversions
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Maintain proper call records and update customer information in the system
Coordinate with internal store teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet daily and monthly performance and sales targets

Requirements & Skills

2 to 5 years of experience in customer support or voice-based sales process
Hindi speaking is mandatory (additional languages will be an advantage)
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
Presentable personality with a professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in retail, store sales, or voice-based sales support
Target-oriented and customer-centric approach
