Job Summary

The Customer Support Executive at MOHH Furniture plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience. The position involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and supporting customers throughout their buying journey. This role requires strong communication skills, product understanding, and a customer-first attitude to maintain the brand’s reputation for exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chat support, and in-person interactions at the showroom.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about MOHH Furniture’s products, pricing, customization options, and delivery schedules.
  • Manage customer orders, track shipments, and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while upholding company values and service standards.
  • Maintain and update customer interaction records in CRM systems with accuracy.
  • Conduct post-purchase follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, warehouse, and delivery departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer handling.
  • Support after-sales activities such as warranty claims, product servicing, or replacements.
  • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing customer service processes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, furniture retail, or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Patience, a positive attitude, and a strong customer-centric approach.
