About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused and service-oriented Customer Support Associate to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively
• Maintain customer records, details, and interaction logs
• Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned department when required
• Achieve call quality and performance metrics as per company standards
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with every customer interaction

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or voice process preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong listening skills and patience with customer concerns
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM / call management tools

Shift & Working Conditions

• Shift Time: 1 pm to 9pm.
• Working Day: Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream.
