Customer Support Associate

Responsibilities: - Respond to incoming customer inquiries via calls and emails. - Collaborate with internal teams, merchant partners, and users to ensure timely resolutions. - Adhere to the response and resolution timeframes set by the organization. - Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when necessary. - Identify and analyze trends and patterns to improve service delivery. - Offer feedback and recommendations for enhancements. Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in a BPO or customer redressal role. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proficiency in basic computer skills, including internet navigation, email management, and working with tools like Google Drive, Microsoft Word, and Excel. - Familiarity with CRM solutions such as Zendesk or Freshdesk. - Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of empathy for customer concerns.
