As an Associate Customer Support at our organization, you will be tasked with providing exceptional customer service and addressing product-related inquiries from customers post-sales. Your primary responsibilities will include sharing relevant information with customers through call support, utilizing available tools and resources effectively. Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages is essential for effective communication with customers. This is a part-time position with an expected commitment of 5 hours per week.
