Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Associate who is fluent in Malayalam to join our team. This is a work-from-home position based in India, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field, with a passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers in Malayalam.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Skills and Qualifications

Fluent in Malayalam and English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
