Roles and Responsibilities: Gain in-depth knowledge of the software, staying updated on new features, updates, and bug fixes to provide accurate support. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or support portal while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and clear communication. Actively listen to customer concerns, accurately diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions using support documentation and the knowledge base. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team and ensure timely follow-up for resolution. Gather customer feedback regarding their support experience and share insights with the product and development teams to improve services. Utilize CRM and ticketing systems efficiently, attending regular training sessions to stay proficient in support tools and processes. Skills Required: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism. Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems is a plus. Basic understanding of IT/software concepts is preferred.
