Associate Designer Location: Bhopal (MP) Experience: 0–2 years Salary: ₹3 - 5 LPA About the Role: The Associate Designer at level 1 (DG - L1) is responsible for executing design tasks with guidance from senior management or various departments. They focus on creating design elements such as web page logos, OG thumbnails, banners, posters, and social media graphics. Collaboration with senior teams to align designs with business goals and managing design assets are crucial aspects of this role. Responsibilities: Execute design tasks under guidance from senior management or different departments. Create design elements such as web page logos, OG thumbnails, banners, posters, and social media graphics, utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React." Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs. Should apply design principles to enhance user experiences. Collaborate with senior teams to ensure design alignment with business goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business goals. Manage design assets and maintain file organization Skills: Good understanding of design principles and visual hierarchy Must have complete knowledge of HTML,CSS,JAVA and ReactJS . Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Figma Understanding of Elementor and WordPress Plugins Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field would add an advantage to your profile Eagerness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies. 0-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
