Job Description

Responsibilities

· Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.

· Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts.

· Make outbound calls to clients/customers as per the provided list.

· Maintain and update call records in the database/CRM.

· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

· Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Requirements

· Minimum 1 years of experience as a caller, telecaller, or in a similar role (freshers may also apply if applicable).

· Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Bengali].

· Good listening skills and ability to handle objections professionally.

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry).

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Target-driven with a positive attitude and customer-first approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
