We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to become a valuable member of our team in Kochi. As a Telecalling Executive, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers over the phone. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and promoting our products or services effectively. To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam. Additionally, the ability to work independently, handle pressure situations, and a positive attitude are essential qualities we are looking for in a candidate. Moreover, proficiency in basic computer knowledge and experience in utilizing CRM systems will be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 18,000. In addition to the base salary, we offer benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, flexible work schedule, and internet reimbursement. The working schedule for this position involves day shifts, fixed shifts, and morning shifts. Furthermore, performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are provided based on your achievements and contributions.
