Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling customer queries, providing prompt solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Prepare basic reports on customer interactions and feedback.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to service quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 25 years of experience in customer support or service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Working Relationships

  • Reports directly to the Customer Support Manager / Operations Head.
  • Collaborates with sales, technical, and operations teams to resolve issues.
