Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Understanding business and technology needs.2. Helping people to use our products. Troubleshooting, investigating, and solving Customer Pain Points & Business Cases.3. Building a community of support by sharing knowledge and helping team members around the world. Ability to analyze and understand a problem from the customers point of view.4. Take the role of a consultant in evaluating a customer's requirement and map it to a product feature.5. Coordinate developers to build and improve the Product based on the Customers business needs. Industry-level satisfaction rate in resolving all pre-sales and post-sales customer queries.Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:1. Proven experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, IT Consultant, or similar role.2. Excellent communication skills.3. Extremely good at providing a business solution with good analytical and problem-solving ability. Self-motivating and interested in having in-depth product knowledge.4. Knowledge of WordPress/Woocommerce will be a value add
