Job Title: Customer Support Associate (Night Shift | Mumbai Office)

Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month (Based on last drawn salary)

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)

Job Type: Full-time, Non-sales, Non-target, Customer Support

Shift: 5 days/week | 2 rotational offs | Pure night shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chats, providing timely and effective solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position is facilitated through a third-party agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer queries via calls, emails, and chats.

Eligibility Criteria:

12th Pass with a minimum of 6 months BPO experience, OR

Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply!)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written).
