Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Multilingual Customer Service Executive proficient in Tamil, English, Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam. The successful candidate will handle customer queries, provide product/service information, resolve issues, and ensure an outstanding customer experience across multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Multilingual Communication:
  • Assist customers in Tamil, English, Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam.
  • Translate customer service scripts and documents as required.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
  • Problem-Solving:
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution and escalate unresolved issues to higher management.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Prepare detailed reports on customer feedback, queries, and resolutions.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Share insights and feedback with the team to improve the overall customer service process.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role.
  • Proven experience in handling multi-language communication is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Fluency in Tamil, English, Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software (e.g., CRM systems).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to customer service.

Work Environment:

  • This position may require working in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
