Job Description: As a support executive, your role will involve providing quality support to clients by answering their queries via phone and email. You will also be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including keeping data updated, preparing reports as required, and ensuring a high level of customer service for all support queries while adhering to service management principles. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience. - B.Com Graduate with basic accounting knowledge and good typing speed. - Basic computer and internet knowledge is essential. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Fluency in English and Hindi is a must. - Students of ICAI & ICSI have an added advantage.,
