Job Description

You will be responsible for providing quality support to clients by answering support queries via phone and email, as well as handling a range of administrative tasks. Your key duties will include keeping data updated, preparing reports when necessary, and maintaining a high level of customer service for all support queries while adhering to service management principles. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience and be a B.Com Graduate with basic accounting knowledge and a good typing speed. Additionally, you should possess basic computer and internet skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and fluency in both English and Hindi.
