Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Identify and resolve customer issues or escalate to the appropriate department
• Record and track customer feedback to improve service quality
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience
• Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in English (Korean or Japanese is a plus)
• Comfortable using CRM or support tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshdesk)
• Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility

지원 자격:

• 고객 서비스 또는 지원 업무 경험자 우대

• 꼼꼼함과 멀티태스킹 능력 보유자
• 영어 능통자 (한국어나 일본어 가능자 우대)
• Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshdesk 등 고객 관리 툴 사용 가능자
