Looking for a soft-spoken, trustworthy, and proactive person to manage daily communication with customers and suppliers.
What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with customers & suppliers on behalf of the business (calls, WhatsApp, email)
- Share invoices, track payments, and send polite reminders.
- Ensure smooth relationships with customers & suppliers without conflict
- Coordinate with credit risk and management team to ensure timely collections and minimize defaults
- Report regularly on customer account status and payment updates
- Work closely with me for approvals, escalations, and important decisions
Who We’re Looking For:
- Soft-spoken & patient personality (very important — calm under pressure)
- Fluent in Hindi (spoken & written); basic English is a plus
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of accounts/ledgers preferred (training can be provided)
- High sense of responsibility and integrity in handling financial matters
- Freshers welcome if eager to learn and grow
