Title: Customer Success Associate – B2C Process
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Full-Time Office Role)

Role Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries through phone and email promptly.
• Handle complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Keep clients informed while collaborating with internal teams.
• Ensure accurate records and adherence to company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Either 10+2 with 1 year Customer Support Experience or Graduation with 1 year Customer Support Experience.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Good computer proficiency and multitasking ability.
• Flexible for rotating shifts.
