Role Overview: As a Customer Success Associate at MicroSourcing, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to customers, ensuring they maximize the benefits of Zeller's suite of tools and services. Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service outside regular business hours, collaborating with a passionate team, and addressing Australian businesses" needs. Your focus will be on technical support, general inquiries, and identifying customer trends to enhance product features. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and email communication - Provide technical support including hardware and software assistance, account configuration, and management - Handle hardware fulfilment and supply chain support - Improve support operating model design and implementation - Become a subject matter expert in product usage and support knowledge - Support out-of-hours engagement with customers via phone and email - Collaborate with the Australian team for seamless operations and customer service - Identify customer trends and preferences to inform product development Qualifications Required: Non-negotiables: - Proven experience in the Fintech industry - Minimum of 2 years of industry experience - Demonstrable background in customer support roles with reputable companies - Proficiency in call center operations and tools like AWS Connect - Strong knowledge of customer service environments Preferred Skills/expertise: - Exposure to high-growth tech products or industries - Previous experience in customer support for financial products - Familiarity with capacity planning and call center metrics - Passion for customer experience and problem-solving skills - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively Company Details: MicroSourcing, with over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, is a leading offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
