Requirements:

?Recent graduate with a degree in any stream

?Strong communication and interpersonal skills

?Good organizational and multitasking abilities

?Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities

?Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)

?A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):

?Internship or project experience in customer support, account management, or client servicing

?Interest in digital advertising, media, or publishing industry

?Familiarity with CRM tools
