Your Responsibilty

• Test and verify customer environment setups after updates or new configurations
• Review support cases to ensure resolutions were properly implemented
• Reproduce and validate reported customer issues when needed
• Observe common support and setup workflows to create repeatable QA test cases
• Maintain test documentation and suggest improvements for recurring issues
• Collaborate with the Customer Success and Application Support teams to ensure quality and accuracy in customer-facing results

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to follow procedures accurately and document findings clearly
• Curiosity to explore how systems behave and detect inconsistencies
• Basic technical understanding (software configuration, user interfaces, data entry)
• Good written communication skills in English
• No prior QA experience required — we’ll teach you our process

Nice to Have

• Experience with software testing, QA tools, or basic scripting
• Familiarity with CRM or support systems
• Interest in software usability or process improvement
