Overview Founded in 2020, DRIMCo GmbH is a Munich-based AI startup that digitises industrial requirements in tender documents and optimises business processes using artificial intelligence and natural language processing technologies. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Customer Success QA Assistant to help verify and maintain the quality of our customer support and implementation activities. You’ll be responsible for testing and confirming that customer environments, configurations, and updates are correctly set up and functioning as intended. This is a hands-on, analytical role where you’ll actively test , observe , and document results —helping our Customer Success team maintain high service quality and consistency. Your Responsibilty Test and verify customer environment setups after updates or new configurations Review support cases to ensure resolutions were properly implemented Reproduce and validate reported customer issues when needed Observe common support and setup workflows to create repeatable QA test cases Maintain test documentation and suggest improvements for recurring issues Collaborate with the Customer Success and Application Support teams to ensure quality and accuracy in customer-facing results What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Ability to follow procedures accurately and document findings clearly Curiosity to explore how systems behave and detect inconsistencies Basic technical understanding (software configuration, user interfaces, data entry) Good written communication skills in English No prior QA experience required — we’ll teach you our process Nice to Have Experience with software testing, QA tools, or basic scripting Familiarity with CRM or support systems Interest in software usability or process improvement Education Suitable for students or graduates in Computer Science , Information Systems , Communication , or related fields — or anyone with strong analytical and communication skills.
