Job Description

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Working Days: Monday to Friday + ( Odd Saturdays )

Mode: WFO

Note: We will consider only Ecommerce industry candidate or Ecommerce Knowledge.

Budget: 6 to 8 lpa

Preferred Skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service or customer success position strongly preferred, (Marketplaces- worked as category Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart,) or with Any Brand to handle their marketplace business (Ecommerce domain) or onboarding
  • Understanding Of Pnl and revenue Built up with Post sales experience
  • Any Technical skills will be edge on any SAAS product, Good in Aptitude, Strong interpersonal skills, Excellent multitasking skills, Ability to lead and motivate others, Strong analytical skills
  • Who had owned the vertical with complete onus and handled a team.
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes in the Customer Success department.
