Video Tutor

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Working Days: Monday to Friday (onsite) & Saturday (WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit videos for social media, website, YouTube, and internal platforms (shorts, reels, long-
• form, etc.)
• Transform raw footage into polished video stories aligned with brand tone
• Add music, graphics, captions, and visual effects where appropriate
• Collaborate with scriptwriters, content creators, and on-ground production teams
• Repurpose content for different formats and platforms (horizontal, vertical, etc.)
• Optimize file formats, compressions, and resolutions for different uses
• Maintain version control and organized archives of all media assets
• Follow post-production workflow timelines to meet delivery deadlines
• Stay updated with trends in video editing, transitions, effects, and music

Skills & Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in video editing (agency, media house, or freelance)
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or
• similar
• Strong grasp of pacing, storytelling, and attention to detail
• Experience editing corporate videos, interviews, and reels is a plus
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and quick turnaround projects
• Knowledge of color correction, sound design, and basic animation is preferred
• Understanding of different content formats for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube

Good to Have:

• Basic camera knowledge or experience assisting in shoots
• Skills in motion graphics or tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator
• A show reel or portfolio of past work (please share when applying)
