Role Overview:

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with our key clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure client satisfaction, strengthen partnerships, and drive business growth through strategic account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of each assigned key client's business, needs, and goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and

requests promptly and effectively

  • Create and implement tailored account plans that align with both the client's objectives and the company's strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto deliver solutions that meet client needs, including

coordinating with sales, marketing, and customer support.

  • Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts and drive upselling and cross-selling

initiatives.

  • Monitor account health and performance, identifying potential risks and proactively taking

corrective actions.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, communications, and reports using CRM

systems.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within client

organizations.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and

recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within the Ecommerce/ Logistic.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizationalskills with attention to detail.
