Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager specializing in the Cyber Security domain. The position is located in Gurugram. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent customer service and support. Daily tasks include relationship building with clients, monitoring and analyzing customer usage data, and working closely with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve overall user experience.


Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills to monitor and analyze customer data
  • Proven ability in Relationship Building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Cyber Security products and services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT, or related field
  • Prior experience in a Customer Success or similar role in the Cyber Security domain is a plus
