About the Role:

Looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead client engagement, ensure operational excellence, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

:
  • Manage end-to-end customer success operations
  • Analyze & manage metrics: Attrition, Capacity Planning, Shrinkage, Utilization, Occupancy
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
  • Conduct business reviews & implement retention strategies
  • Identify process improvement opportunities

Requirements

:
  • 7+ years total experience (min 4 years in Customer Success / Service)
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management
  • Experience in high-growth or global environments
