Customer Success Lead (3–6 yrs)


💼

Your Role

  • Onboard and train TPOs & university stakeholders; certify they can run exams and use dashboards.
  • Drive

    weekly usage

    : exams scheduled, results published, dashboards viewed.
  • Handle issues & escalations with Ops; keep campuses “green.”
  • Partner with Sales to renew and expand (dept → full university).
  • Send clear product requests (not one-off custom features).
  • Keep CRM and reports accurate and current.

What We Expect From You

  • 3–6 years in

    Customer Success / Enterprise Implementation (B2B SaaS)

    — EdTech / Gov a plus.
  • Proof of

    adoption, renewals, and expansion with numbers.

  • Calm under pressure (esp. exam days) + strong communication & ops discipline.
  • Tools: Salesforce/HubSpot, Excel/Sheets (vlookup, pivots), ticketing, basic dashboards.
  • Language: English + Hindi (Gujarati / Marathi a plus).
