We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Research Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you’re enthusiastic about psychology research, psychometrics, and test development, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Conduct Research: Perform internet-based and library research, as well as interviews (face-to-face, telephone, and online), to gather and analyze relevant data. Conduct research on psychometric and educational topics to support product development and improvement. Research Paper Writing : Contribute to the writing and publication of research papers and white papers in relevant academic and industry forums. Psychometric Assessments: Design, develop, and validate psychometric assessments, test questions, and evaluation frameworks to enhance assessment methodologies. Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze, track and interpret research and pilot data to ensure accuracy and relevance to improve assessment frameworks . Provide actionable insights and recommendations for institutional reports and performance data for our product, PLAT (Progressive Learning Ability Test). AI and Technology Utilization: Leverage AI technologies, including GPT models, to enhance research and product development. Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align research efforts with organizational goals and ensure seamless communication across departments. SME/Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and incorporate information for developing psychometric tools and assessments. Act as a primary point of contact for institutions, stakeholders, and clients. Effectively explain complex psychometric concepts and research outcomes to non-technical audiences. Qualitative Feedback: Collect first-hand feedback from SMEs, teachers, students, and other stakeholders, analyze qualitative data, and derive meaningful insights for product and research improvement. Product Training and Orientation: Conduct orientations and training sessions about the product in our client Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). Database Management: Develop and implement new research databases to support projects. Compile, code, categorize, and verify the accuracy of data to maintain high-quality standards. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive personal information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Quality Control and Compliance: Apply quality control procedures to maintain data quality and ensure all activities comply with company regulations and ethical standards. Knowledge Upgradation: Stay updated with the latest methodologies and trends in psychometrics and educational research. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Psychology/HR (preferably Clinical/Industrial/Occupational Psychology) or equivalent with strong psychometric/test development knowledge. 0-2 years of experience in research, psychometrics, or educational assessment. Freshers can apply too. Proficiency in writing and publishing research papers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with sharp attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in data analysis and database management. Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines with quality work. We’re now looking for a Customer Success Lead (3–6 yrs) who will own Offee-solutions adoption % on our scoreboard — turning every university into a long-term partner. 💼 Your Role Onboard and train TPOs & university stakeholders; certify they can run exams and use dashboards. Drive weekly usage : exams scheduled, results published, dashboards viewed.
