Job Description - What You’ll Do: Handle inbound/outbound calls & follow-ups Respond to queries via WhatsApp, email, and DMs Coordinate with internal teams for orders, prescriptions & logistics Maintain CRM records & track customer conversations Build trust through product education and service excellence You Are: Excellent spoken & written communication (English + Hindi) Prior experience in customer service or tele-sales (preferred) A calm, patient, and helpful attitude Basic computer skills Who Can Apply: Students or recent grads from any background who are eager to learn and grow.
