Customer Success Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Call and engage with pre-schools and leads from our CRM, ads, and events.
  • Explain the Language Launchpad product and schedule appointments for demos.
  • Coordinate with the Growth & Partnerships Lead to ensure timely field visits.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and appointments.
  • Support pre-sales queries, share resources, and ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Help collect feedback from users for continuous product improvement.


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer support (edtech preferred).
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
  • Organized, friendly, and proactive in managing daily outreach and follow-ups.
  • Basic tech skills—comfortable using Google Sheets, CRMs, and communication tools.
  • Passion for early childhood learning and working with educators and parents.
