Language Launchpad is a tech-enabled early language learning platform that helps children aged 2–6 build strong language foundations through stories, videos, worksheets, and interactive games. We partner with pre-schools and families to make language learning fun, structured, and effective.

Role Overview

Growth & Partnerships Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard pre-schools, institutions as local partners for Language Launchpad.
• Conduct live demos, events and presentations for potential customers
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Executive for lead coordination and scheduling.
• Drive monthly revenue targets and grow the brand’s visibility.
• Nurture long-term relationships with partners and affiliates

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of field sales or partnership experience (education, edtech, publishing preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Confident public speaker, experienced with designing and managing promotional events
• Self-starter with strong ownership and a love for education and early learning.
• Comfortable with local travel and on-ground sales.
