We’re seeking a diligent and enterprising Customer Success Executive to support our preschool partnerships and drive lead engagement. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients—guiding them through our product, onboarding them, solving queries, and ensuring successful setups for the on-ground sales team. Key Responsibilities Call and engage with pre-schools and leads from our CRM, ads, and events. Explain the Language Launchpad product and schedule appointments for demos. Coordinate with the Growth & Partnerships Lead to ensure timely field visits. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and appointments. Support pre-sales queries, share resources, and ensure a smooth customer journey. Help collect feedback from users for continuous product improvement. What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer support (edtech preferred). Excellent phone etiquette and communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Organized, friendly, and proactive in managing daily outreach and follow-ups. Basic tech skills—comfortable using Google Sheets, CRMs, and communication tools. We partner with pre-schools and families to make language learning fun, structured, and effective. Role Overview We’re looking for a driven and personable Growth & Partnerships Manager to represent Language Launchpad across Kolkata and Eastern India. In this field-based role, you'll build partnerships with pre-schools, affiliates, organize events and close direct sales. You'll work closely with our inside sales team to grow our presence across the region. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard pre-schools, institutions as local partners for Language Launchpad. Conduct live demos, events and presentations for potential customers Collaborate with the Customer Success Executive for lead coordination and scheduling. Drive monthly revenue targets and grow the brand’s visibility. Nurture long-term relationships with partners and affiliates What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of field sales or partnership experience (education, edtech, publishing preferred).
