Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
02 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, or related roles (freshers welcome).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and explain tech products to clients.
Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and customer-centric approach.
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%).
