The company was founded in 2019 and has since grown rapidly. We are focused on building a membership database of top industry experts to help enable seamless information exchange. We are a gateway to tap into global industry, product or service knowledge learning from top experts. Position Overview: We are looking for associates on a full-time basis to join our amazing team in Mumbai. The associate role is all about developing the company's network of experts and being a face of Focal Fact towards the clients. This means you are ultimately responsible for proactively reaching out to industry-leading experts and onboarding them for client projects, speaking with firms to scope their projects, and delivering outstanding results. The working hours for this position are from 1 pm to 10 pm (India time). A cab is provided back home. The role suits ambitious, energetic, and goal-driven professionals who are not afraid to work hard. If you are full of energy and have experience with outbound outreach, this should be a great fit. This role is highly dynamic and requires impeccable time management skills. Key responsibilities: 1. Proactive outbound outreach via Linkedin or other social media channels to industry experts 2. Negotiation of commercial terms with industry experts 3. Member management, addressing queries from leads and experts 4. Expanding the network of experts for the company What we are looking for: • Experience requirement: graduates from top universities are welcome. 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred. • Bachelor or Master (ideally) degree from a university • Fluency in any other European language is a big advantage (German, French or Italian). • Good knowledge of generating leads (lead gen) using LinkedIn • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office solutions (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) What we offer: • Base salary: 90k INR per month + great commission structure. • Health insurance • Company mobile phone and laptop • Promotion opportunity in 6-12 months for the high performers • Hybrid work structure (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office, Monday and Friday work from home) Show more Show less
