The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in onboarding, training, and engaging customers, with a strong focus on proactive support and success. Youll be the voice of the customer internally and play a key role in ensuring they derive maximum value from our product.
  • Customer Onboarding & Training: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, including product setup, walkthroughs, training sessions, and best practice sharing.
  • Customer Engagement: Drive product adoption through proactive engagement strategies, helping customers realize value and meet their business goals.
  • Support Management: Handle customer queries effectively across multiple channels email, chat, and phone ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted advisor, maintaining long-term relationships and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the customer voice internally, working with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to improve features and resolve issues.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Track key customer metrics and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer experience.
Ideal Candidate
  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Support role in tech-focused companies.
  • Proven experience managing the entire customer lifecycle onboarding, training, adoption, and engagement.
  • Comfortable handling customer queries across email, chat, and phone support channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
