ScienceGenic, a leading educational institution in Amritsar, is hiring a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service Representative to manage and strengthen our client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Client Relationships: Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, concerns, and ongoing communication
• Provide Superior Solutions: Address client issues promptly and effectively with a problem-solving mindset
• Generate Referrals: Create exceptional service experiences that encourage word-of-mouth and repeat business
• Attract and Support Sales: Engage with prospective clients and guide them toward ScienceGenic’s services
• Coordinate Across Departments: Collaborate with internal teams (academic, operations, and admin) to ensure seamless client service
• Handle All Front-End Client Needs: Including follow-ups, service feedback, satisfaction checks, and more

• Confidence in handling calls, client meetings, and follow-ups
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, email handling)
• A positive, client-first attitude and professional appearance

Qualification:

• Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply)

Working Hours:

• 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Compensation:

• Basic Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month
• Incentives: Based on performance, incentives can boost your monthly earnings up to ₹45,000 – ₹50,000
