Customer Service/Sales Representative

As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at our company in Surat, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer requirements and ensure they are met efficiently. You will also be tasked with identifying sales leads, delivering engaging presentations, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales goals. Your day-to-day activities will involve resolving customer issues promptly, qualifying sales leads, and engaging in daily communication with US-based clients. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate fluency in English, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking to effectively support our customers and present our products/services persuasively.
