Customer Service/Sales Representative

Role Overview: You will be joining our team as a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in Surat. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues efficiently, identifying sales leads, building relationships with potential customers, delivering engaging sales presentations, negotiating deals, and achieving sales goals.
