Role & responsibilities

About the Role

Customer Services Executive (Survey QC & Updation)

Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Field Quality Check (QC):

Independently visit homes and establishments
within assigned areas of Kochi to verify the accuracy of previously collected survey data regarding water connections.
Use provided digital tools (e.g., tablets/smartphones) to compare reported data with on-the-ground reality.
Verify crucial details such as connection status, meter readings (if applicable), property details, and consumer information.

Data Updation:

Collect any
missing or updated information
directly from residents or property owners on-site.
Accurately record and input all verified and updated data into the company's system in real-time or soon after the visit.

Customer Interaction:

Serve as a professional representative of the company, interacting politely and clearly explaining the purpose of the visit (survey QC and updation) to residents.
Address basic customer queries related to the survey process or data collection with clarity and patience.

Reporting & Compliance:

Ensure all fieldwork is completed within set daily targets and deadlines.
Submit daily reports detailing work progress, QC findings, and any challenges encountered in the field.
Adhere strictly to company policies, safety protocols, and ethical data collection standards.
