Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers
• Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries efficiently
• Deliver accurate information regarding products and services
• Ensure a professional and friendly tone during all customer interactions
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer conversations and service details
• Strive to meet key performance metrics like call quality, resolution rate, and CSAT

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 6 months to 4 years in BPO/Customer Service/Voice-based roles
• Strong verbal communication skills in English & Hindi 
• Comfortable working in rotational day shifts (no night shifts involved)
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills
• Energetic, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in a professional environment
