Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer support

voice and chat
platforms.
Resolve customer queries
promptly and professionally.
Ensure a high standard of service
to enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain clear communication
and a positive attitude in every interaction.

Work Schedule:
Comfortable with a
5-day work week

2 rotational days off

Important Note:
Candidates should not have a career gap of more than 6 months in the last 2 years.
