What You’ll Do

Coordinate with jewellers to collect required
onboarding documents
.
Maintain accurate
client data and project status
.
Liaise with the
sales, development, and marketing
teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Track project milestones, ensure timely progress, and prepare weekly reports.
Deliver a
great client experience
by being responsive, organized, and proactive.

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Proficiency with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, and basic Excel formulas.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Enthusiastic about technology, fintech, or digital platforms.
Experience in
operations, coordination, or customer success
roles is a plus.
