Achieving business targets as laid down by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. You will be responsible for identifying target areas for prospective business and pre-screening customer segments as per the organization norms. Your role will also involve ensuring the number of logins along with disbursement and maintaining a high customer satisfaction level by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products as per the requirements. You will be expected to execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand, build strong client relationships both internally and externally, and create a strong brand identification with potential customers. Additionally, you will need to ensure vendor empanelment, develop relationships with new vendors, and establish strong distribution channels. It will be crucial for you to ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations to maintain the integrity and reputation of the organization. A graduate in any discipline would be suitable for this role to effectively carry out the responsibilities mentioned above.,
