As a Graduate in any discipline, you will be responsible for achieving business targets set by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. Your key tasks will include identifying target areas for prospective business, pre-screening customer segments according to organizational norms, and ensuring the number of logins along with disbursements. To ensure high customer satisfaction levels, you will proactively understand customer needs and cross-sell multiple products as required. Additionally, you will execute sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand and build strong client relationships both internally and externally, establishing a strong brand identification with potential customers. Part of your role will involve ensuring vendor empanelment, developing relationships with new vendors, and building strong distribution channels. It will also be crucial to maintain compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations to uphold the organization's standards and reputation.,
