Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the Sales - Financial Inclusion - Housing - EM - Sales department at TATA CAPITAL LIMITED, located in Tenkasi. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 3 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility

Achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them.

Identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to organizational norms.

Ensure high customer satisfaction levels by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products.

Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand.

Build strong client relationships both internally and externally, and establish a strong brand identification with potential customers.

Ensure vendor empanelment and develop relationships with new vendors.

Develop strong distribution channels and ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations.

Job

Graduate in any discipline.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Knowledge of financial products and services is an added advantage.

Ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Familiarity with audit and RBI regulations.
